*All custom orders will require at 50% deposit upon ordering if the order is over $150.00
* Processing times for single custom order is about 7 to 20 business days. For bigger orders, processing time would be 3 - 4 weeks. An invoice will be sent if the order totals more than $150 and deposit must be paid upon receipt. Production does not begin until deposit has been received,
Deposits are non-refundable once production has begun on the custom order.
Processing times for any order is about 7 to 14 business days (not including weekends or holidays) since everything is made to order.
For larger orders, processing time would be 3 - 4 weeks.

Shipping & Processing Times
Products on my site are made to order, so once the order is placed and paid for it will take 7 to 14 business days* to make (process). After the order has been made, it will be shipped.
Shipping in the US takes anywhere from 3 to 5 days. Please know these processing and shipping times differ for custom made items. In addition, I try to get items out before the 7th day and ship once it is completed. :)
Please note that processing and shipping times vary for large custom orders and during the holiday seasons.

Yes, I do offer LOCAL PICKUP for those that live locally within the Temecula and Murrieta area in California.
I will arrange with the customer a time and place for customer to pickup their order. Proof of pickup will be requested by showing original email and pictures taken at location to show that pick up was done.
No, I currently do not offer that service.
